Assalaamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu…
All praise is due to Allah. We praise Him and seek His assistance. We ask for His forgiveness and take refuge in Him from the evil within ourselves and from the evil of our deeds. He whom Allah guides will never be diverted yet whomever He sends astray will never find his way. I bear witness that there is no God but Allah, Alone, He has no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger, may the blessing of Allah be upon him, his Family, his Companions, and upon those who followed his guidance.
What is this Blog All About…
I wanted to blog just so that maybe someone who read it and is now walking a path i once walked, might take notice, and thus have the pleasure of correcting themselves before they are ultimately and irrevocably corrected. I was once walking a path where i don’t know where it will lead me and it all changed when I met this person (My husband-Abu Abdirrahman) who led me to the same path he was walking (led me to Islaam) Alhamdulillaah!
My transformation from being a christian to a Muslim was never that easy. I had to endure some difficulties and Alhamdulillaah i surpassed every one of it patiently and of course seeking Allaah’s guidance every step of the way for Allaah is the giver of success. I took a step by seeking knowledge and until now I’m still learning my Deen and Subhanallaah indeed it takes a lifetime to study it.
Al-Qur’aan is my guide, while the Sunnah is my practice, upon the way of As-Salaaf as-Saalih. The focus of the blog will be a collection of random articles which i had read from all the scholars of the As-Salaaf As-Saalih websites and books authored by them and also some of my translations and transcriptions, InshaaAllah bi’idnIllah. I decided to share it and maybe it would also make an impact on other people. May we all benefit from these articles Allaahumma Ameen.
If I said anything correct, then it is from Allaah (subhanahu wa taa’ala), and if I erred, then that is from me and shaytan.
